Goan Vindalho has its originations from the Portuguese Delicacy ” Carne de Vinha D’alhos” which is a dish of Meat usually Pork , marinated in Wine and Garlic. Vindalho is a spicy and Tangy flouvered dish that can be prepared using any red meat or chicken. Neverthless all vegetarians can also relish these spicy goan flavours by making a Potato vindalho curry which also tastes very good.
